I was recently feeling disconnected from myself (as we humans do from time to time) and decided to walk through it. Often, when we feel upset, the immediate reaction is to find a way to get rid of the negative emotion because it's bad and we should always be happy.
Let me start by saying that I personally believe that we are NOT meant to be happy all of the time. Life is 50/50, designed that way so that we may grow should we choose. The sad makes happy even sweeter.

I am personally so excited to share these because they have each helped me in a moment of down. What I like about them is not that it wishes your sadness away but rather helps you to identify where you are not noticing joy, what you could be doing differently and when you are being authentic to you.
